In a bowl, add 11g of milk, 3g of baking powder and mix well. Next, add 20g of sugar and mix it again. Add 180g of wheat flour and incorporate.

Sprinckle a little of wheat flour over the dough and transfer it to a table. Open the dough and divide into 12 equal parts. I did each one with approximately 25g.

Now shape it into little balls. Cover with plastic film and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Now with a rolling pin, roll out the dough. Close and model that way. Transfer to a sheet and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Add 5 sausages, cut in half. Then brush 1 egg yolk over the top and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Passo 9
Finish with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and chives to taste.
