En una sartén, añade el aceite de oliva, la cebolla picada, el ajo rallado y sofreír hasta que esté dorado.

Luego, agrega el pimiento verde picado y mezcla.

Después, agrega el pollo cocido y desmenuzado, el pimentón ahumado, la sal, la pimienta negra y mezcla nuevamente.

Transfiera a un recipiente, agrega la zanahoria rallada, el maíz, las pasas, el jamón picado, las aceitunas verdes y mezcle muy bien.

Añade la crema de leche, la mayonesa, el perejil y el cebollino y mezcla.
