How to make

Step 1

Em uma panela com água quente, adicione o sal, o macarrão e deixe cozinhar até ficar al dente.

Step 2

Em um recipiente, adicione o azeite, o suco do limão, o sal, a pimenta-do-reino e misture bem.

Step 3

Entre com o alho ralado, a cebola em rodelas, a salsinha, a cebolinha, as azeitonas, a uva passa e misture novamente.

Depois, adicione o presunto picado, a muçarela picada, o tomate-cereja e misture.

Acrescente o macarrão e misture bem até incorporar.

Por fim, adicione os ovos de codorna cozidos.

Transfira para uma travessa, finalize com a salsinha, a cebolinha e leve para a geladeira até gelar.
