PORK RIB WITH BARBUCUE SAUCE

Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a pan, add the olive oil and the ribs. Season with garlic, onion, dehydrated parsley, black pepper, salt and fry. Then flip, season and let fry on the other side.
Paso 2
In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Then add the grated garlic and let it fry. Then add the tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and mix everything very well.
Paso 3
In foil, add onion rings and place the ribs on top. Then brush with the sauce we made earlier.
Paso 4
Cover with aluminum foil and place in a pan. Cover and let cook for approximately 15 minutes.

  • 600 gramos de pork ribs
  • 1 cucharra sopera de olive oil
  • Garlic, onion and parsley al gusto
  • Black pepper al gusto
  • Salt al gusto
  • 1 cucharra sopera de butter
  • 3 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • 2 cucharras sopera de tomato paste
  • 2 cucharras sopera de vinegar
  • 1 cucharra sopera de soy sauce
  • 1 cucharra sopera de mustard
  • 2 cucharras sopera de sugar
  • 1 unidad de onion
