600 gramas de pork ribs
1 colher de sopa de olive oil
Garlic, onion and parsley a gosto
Black pepper a gosto
Salt a gosto
1 colher de sopa de butter
3 unidades de cloves of garlic
2 colheres de sopa de tomato paste
2 colheres de sopa de vinegar
1 colher de sopa de soy sauce
1 colher de sopa de mustard
2 colheres de sopa de sugar
1 unidade de onion
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a pan, add the olive oil and the ribs. Season with garlic, onion, dehydrated parsley, black pepper, salt and fry. Then flip, season and let fry on the other side.
Passo 2
In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Then add the grated garlic and let it fry. Then add the tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and mix everything very well.
Passo 3
In foil, add onion rings and place the ribs on top. Then brush with the sauce we made earlier.
Passo 4
Cover with aluminum foil and place in a pan. Cover and let cook for approximately 15 minutes.
