Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a bowl, add the baking powder, the sugar, the natural water and mix it well. Next, add the wheat flour, salt and mix it again.
Paso 2
Then add the oil and, with your hands, knead very well until the dough is smooth and soft.
Paso 3
Transfer to a bowl, cover it with plastic film and let it rest for 1 hour.
Paso 4
In another bowl, add the melted butter, chopped garlic, cream cheese, mix it and set aside.
Paso 5
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough. Then transfer to a greased shape with parchment paper.
Paso 6
Pass the mixture we did before over all the dough. Then add the grated mozzarella, the grated parmesan cheese and oregano.
Paso 7
Take it to preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.

  • 5 gramos de dry biological yeast

  • 200 gramos de wheat flour
  • 1 cuchara de café de salt
  • 2 cucharras sopera de oil
  • 2 cucharras sopera de melted unsalted butter
  • 1 unidad de clove of garlic
  • 1 cucharra sopera de cream cheese
  • Mozzarella al gusto
  • Parmesan cheese al gusto
  • Oregano al gusto
