CHEESE BREAD WITH CHEESE

I made a garlic cheese bread that is simple and tastes better.

Ingredientes

  • 5 gramas de dry biological yeast
  • 1 colher de sopa de sugar
  • 120 mililitros de warm water
  • 200 gramas de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de café de salt
  • 2 colheres de sopa de oil
  • 2 colheres de sopa de melted unsalted butter
  • 1 unidade de clove of garlic
  • 1 colher de sopa de cream cheese
  • Mozzarella a gosto
  • Parmesan cheese a gosto
  • Oregano a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a bowl, add the baking powder, the sugar, the natural water and mix it well. Next, add the wheat flour, salt and mix it again.
Passo 2
Then add the oil and, with your hands, knead very well until the dough is smooth and soft.
Passo 3
Transfer to a bowl, cover it with plastic film and let it rest for 1 hour.
Passo 4
In another bowl, add the melted butter, chopped garlic, cream cheese, mix it and set aside.
Passo 5
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough. Then transfer to a greased shape with parchment paper.
Passo 6
Pass the mixture we did before over all the dough. Then add the grated mozzarella, the grated parmesan cheese and oregano.
Passo 7
Take it to preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.
