Grind 1 cup of rice cooked this way. I used the mixer, but you can grind it any way you like.

In a container, mash 2 baked potatoes. Now add the rice and dry seasonings to taste like black pepper, dried parsley, oregano, chives, parsley and salt. Mix everything very well.

Then add 5 tablespoons of cornstarch, using your hands, mix again until you reach this point.
Paso 4
Grease your hands with oil, take some of the dough and shape it that way. Now cut approximately 3 fingers thick. Repeat this process until all the dough is gone.
Paso 5
In a skillet with hot oil, fry the snacks until golden.
