Step 1

Em uma panela com água fervente, adicione a salsicha e deixe ferventar. Depois, corte as salsichas ao meio.

Em uma panela, adicione a água, o leite, a manteiga e deixe ferver.

Assim que começar a ferver, acrescente a farinha de trigo, o sal e mexa até virar uma massa.

Coloque a massa sobre a mesa e sove até esfriar.

Step 5

Pegue um pouco da massa, abra bem e coloque a salsicha. Depois, feche bem e modele.

Step 6

Para empanar, passe nos ovos batidos e na farinha panko.

Step 7

Por fim, frite em óleo quente até dourar.
