Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a pan, add Dulce de Leche, milk cream and butter. Turn on the medium heat and stir it until the cream comes off the bottom. Set aside.
Paso 2
Fry the bisnaguinhas in hot oil.
Paso 3
In a container, add sugar, cinnamon and mix well. Pass the bisnaguinhas in this mixture.
Paso 4
Cut the bisnaguinhas and fill with the cream we made earlier.

  • 400 gramos de dulce de leche
  • 200 gramos de sour cream
  • 1 cucharra sopera de butter or margarine
  • Oil al gusto
  • 300 gramos de bisnaguinhas
  • Sugar al gusto
  • Cinnamon to al gusto
