Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a container, add 1 egg, salt to taste, oregano to taste and black pepper to taste. Mix everything very well.
Paso 2
Now, in a container, add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 40g of grated Parmesan. Mix well.
Paso 3
I cooked the 6 eggs for 12 minutes as I like the yolk well cooked. But if you like the creamier yolk, cook for 7 minutes or for a more liquid yolk, cook for 6 minutes.
Paso 4
To bread, spread the hard-boiled egg in all-purpose flour. Then pass the beaten eggs. Finally, pass in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process so that the egg has a thicker shell. I used breadcrumbs, but you can use Panko flour, which works great too.
Paso 5
It is important that you remove all excess flour, so as not to create any pellets.
Paso 6
Fry eggs in hot oil until golden.
