Cómo hacer

Paso 1
In a container, add 1kg of chicken fillet and 200g of cream. Add coloral, black pepper, saffron, fine herbs, 1 egg and salt to taste. Mix everything well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Paso 2
Remembering that you can add the seasoning of your choice.
Paso 3
In an ovenproof dish, add breadcrumbs to taste, salt to taste, turmeric to taste and mix.
Paso 4
Add the chicken fillet and bread. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.
Paso 5
In a skillet with oil, add the breaded chicken and let it fry.

  • 1 kilo de chicken fillet
  • 200 gramos de sour cream
  • 1 cuchara de café de paprika
  • 1/2 cuchara de café de black pepper
  • 1/2 cuchara de café de saffron
  • 1 cuchara de café de fine herbs
  • 1 unidad de egg
  • salt al gusto
  • breadcrumbs al gusto
  • oil al gusto
