1 quilo de chicken fillet
200 gramas de sour cream
1 colher de café de paprika
1/2 colher de café de black pepper
1/2 colher de café de saffron
1 colher de café de fine herbs
1 unidade de egg
salt a gosto
breadcrumbs a gosto
oil a gosto
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a container, add 1kg of chicken fillet and 200g of cream. Add coloral, black pepper, saffron, fine herbs, 1 egg and salt to taste. Mix everything well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remembering that you can add the seasoning of your choice.
Passo 3
In an ovenproof dish, add breadcrumbs to taste, salt to taste, turmeric to taste and mix.
Passo 4
Add the chicken fillet and bread. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.

In a skillet with oil, add the breaded chicken and let it fry.
