In a saucepan, add 790g of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well until the starch is completely dissolved. Now add 800g of cream and 400g of white chocolate. Turn on medium heat and stir until thickened.

Transfer to a container, cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool to room temperature.

With the cold cream, add 1 cup of chocolate in drops, mix everything well. It is very important that the chocolate is cold so that it does not melt and mix in the cream.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish, spread well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Paso 5
Finish with granules to taste on top. I used granules, but you can finish it any way you like.
