In a container add 400ml of warm milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10g of dry biological yeast. Mix very well. Then add 5 cups of all-purpose flour gradually and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until you reach the ideal point.

Once the dough is very smooth add 30ml of oil, stir again until the oil is incorporated into the dough. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Transfer the dough to a bench and divide into 8 equal parts. Swirl until it is in the shape of balls.

In a deep pot, add a good amount of water and 1 tsp of salt. Mix well. As soon as the water starts to boil, put the buns to cook 3 minutes on each side. Repeat this process with everyone. This process will leave our bread with a very crispy crust on the outside.

Now transfer the buns to an oiled pan. With the help of a knife, cut the bread.

Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
