In a blender, add 3 chopped bananas, 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 300ml of milk. Beat very well for approximately 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a container. Then add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and mix well. Now add 1 tablespoon of yeast and mix lightly.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

Butter a frying pan, add 1 part of the dough and spread well. Cover and cook for approximately 10 minutes over low heat. With the help of a plate, remove the dough and set aside. Repeat this process until the dough is finished.

In a container add 300ml of whipped cream, beat very well until consistent.
Paso 5
Spread the whipped cream over the first layer of cake, spread it out well and repeat this process. If you prefer, you can sprinkle the dough with milk. Remembering that the cake needs to be cold to fill. In the last layer, add the rest of the whipped cream and spread throughout the cake.
Paso 6
To decorate, I spread colorful confetti on top, but you can decorate however you like.
