For this recipe, melt 800g of dark chocolate and transfer to a silicone shape. Reserve a little of the chocolate to use in the end of the recipe. Spread the chocolate all over the shape, like this. Take it to refrigerator for 1 hour.

In a pan, add 790g of condensed milk, 400g of milk cream and 1 teacup of powdered milk. Turn on medium heat and mix until it thickens.

Transfer to a bowl, cover it with plastic film and let it cold at room temperature. Once the cream colds, add 400ml of chantilly and mix very well.
Passo 4
Now add 1 teacup of chocolate flakes and incorporate. Transfer the cream to the shape and spread well. Pour the rest of the chocolate over the cream, spread and take to refrigerator for 4 hours.
