In a saucepan, add ½ cup of water, 1 level tablespoon of sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. As soon as it comes to a boil, turn off the heat.

Add ½ cup all-purpose flour, mix well until raw flour disappears. It is very important to wait until it has stopped boiling before adding the flour. Then turn on medium heat and cook for 3 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a baking dish. Open wide and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

With the dough cold, add 1 egg and mix well until you reach this point. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag.

Grease a mold with oil and place the churros that way.

In a pan of hot oil, add the churros and let it fry until golden. Repeat this process until all the dough is gone.

Now on a plate, add ¼ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Mix everything very well. Pass the churros in the mixture like this. Repeat this process with all churros.

You can eat it with dulce de leche or with brigadeiro, which is even more delicious.
