How to make

Step 1
Em um recipiente, adicione as batatas cortadas em palitos, a água até cobrir, o vinagre branco, misture e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
Step 2
Unte uma forma com azeite, adicione as batatas e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 25 minutos.
Step 3
Em uma panela, adicione um pouco de azeite, a carne moída, misture e deixe cozinhar até secar toda a água. Assim que secar a água, adicione o alho, a cebola, a cenoura e o aipo picados e misture tudo muito bem.
Step 4
Depois adicione a farinha de trigo, o vinagre balsâmico, o vinho, o caldo de galinha dissolvido em 2 xícaras de água, a pimenta-do-reino, o sal e misture novamente. Deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos. Por fim, adicione o molho de tomate e agregue.
Step 5
Em uma panela, adicione o óleo e frite as batatas até dourar.
Step 6
Em um prato para servir, adicione as batatas, a muçarela ralada e por cima a carne moída. Finalize com salsinha a gosto.
