POTATO CAKE WITH GRIND MEAT

These potato dumplings with minced meat filling are easy to make and are delicious!

Ingredientes

  • 7 unidades de potatoes
  • Water a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • 1 unidade de onion
  • 2 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
  • 3 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • 500 gramas de minced meat
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Sweet paprika a gosto
  • 25 gramas de butter or margarine
  • 1 unidade de egg
  • 65 gramas de wheat flour
  • Oil a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add the chopped potatoes, water, salt and let it cook.
Passo 2
In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Then add the chopped onion and let it brown. Then add the grated garlic and let it fry.
Passo 3
Now add the ground beef, salt, black pepper and sweet paprika. Mix, let cook until dry all the water and book.
Passo 4
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a container, add 25g of butter, salt, black pepper and mash very well. Then add the egg, wheat flour and stir until it becomes a dough.
Passo 5
Take some of the dough, transfer it to a table and open it. Then add some ground beef, model and close very well. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up.

In a skillet with hot oil, fry until golden brown on both sides.
