RICE WITH PORK BELLY

Ingredientes
400 gramas de pork belly
1 unidade de lemon
4 unidades de garlic cloves
Black pepper a gosto
Cumin a gosto
Salt a gosto
2 colheres de sopa de olive oil
1 colher de sopa de sugar
100 mililitros de water
1/2 unidade de red bell pepper
1/2 unidade de green pepper
1 unidade de red onion
500 gramas de raw rice
Sweet paprika a gosto
600 mililitros de water

Como fazer
Passo 1
In a container, add the pork belly cut into cubes, the lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, cumin, salt and mix everything very well.
Passo 2
In a pan, add the olive oil, sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Then add the pork belly and fry until golden brown.
Passo 3
Now add 100ml of water, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Passo 4
Add chopped red pepper, green pepper and red onion. Then add 2 cloves of garlic and mix well.
Passo 5
Add raw rice, sweet paprika and mix. Then add the salt, 600ml of water until covered, mix and cook until the water dries up.
