1 litro de milk
200 gramas de corn starch
200 gramas de butter
1/2 colher de sopa de salt
200 gramas de mozzarella

Passo 1
In the blender, add the milk, corn starch and beat for approximately 1 minute.

Then transfer to a pan and stir over low heat until boiling.

Now add the butter and mix. Then add the salt and mix again.

Finally, add the mozzarella and stir until thickened.

Transfer to a container of your choice and spread well.

Cover with plastic film and take to the fridge for 2 hours.
