Ingredientes

  • 5 unidades de eggs
  • 65 gramas de oil
  • 25 gramas de chocolate powder
  • 80 gramas de wheat flour
  • 130 gramas de milk
  • 1 colher de café de salt
  • 110 gramas de sugar

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a skillet, add the oil and let it boils for 1 minute. Then, add the chocolate powder and the wheat flour, all siften.Then add the egg yolks and mix it well.
Passo 2
Add the milk, little by little and mix it. Then, add the salt and mix it again.
Passo 3
Beat the egg whites and add sugar slowling to them, until it becomes snow. Pour the mix we made before and mix well.
Passo 4
Transfer to a greased and floured sheet and take to preheated oven at 356°F, in bain-marie for 1 hour.
