CHEESE BREAD WITH PEPPERONI

Ingredientes

  • 120 mililitros de milk
  • 25 gramas de sugar
  • 3 gramas de biological yeast
  • 200 gramas de wheat flour
  • 1/4 colher de chá de salt
  • 20 gramas de butter or margarine
  • Mozzarella a gosto
  • Pepperoni a gosto
  • Oregano a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add hot milk, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Next, add wheat flour, salt and mix until it turns to a dough.
Passo 2
Transfer the dough to a table, add butter and knead to approximately 8 minutes.
Passo 3
Once the dough is very smooth, let it rest for 25 minutes.
Passo 4
In a container, add the grated mozzarella, the grated pepperoni, the oregano, mix well and set aside.
Passo 5
Open the dough and divide into 8 equal parts. Stuff each part with the stuffing we made earlier, close it well and roll up. Let it rest for 40 minutes more.

In a frying pan, add the balls and let it cook for 6 minutes.

Turn over and cook on the other side for 6 minutes.
