BACON WRAPPED CABBAGE ROLLS

Ingredientes

  • 1 unidade de cabbage
  • 2 quilos de beef
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • 1/2 unidade de onion
  • 1/2 unidade de soaked bread
  • Nutmeg a gosto
  • 2 unidades de eggs
  • Toothpicks a gosto
  • 1 unidade de carrot
  • Mushrooms a gosto
  • Olive oil a gosto
  • 1 unidade de onion
  • 2 colheres de sopa de tomato paste
  • 2 colheres de sopa de cabbage water
  • 2 xícaras de chicken broth

Como fazer

Passo 1
Cut the base of the cabbage and cook cabbage in boiling water for 8 minutes. Set aside.
Passo 2
Combine the beef with salt, pepper, onion, nutmeg, eggs and soaked bread. Form the beef mixture into ball shape.
Passo 3
And fill individual cabbage leaves with beef ball.
Passo 4
Wrap each cabbage ball with bacon.
Passo 5
Add the oil in a skillet. Then add the onion, carrot, mushroom, black pepper, salt, tomato paste, cabbage water and chicken stock.
Passo 6
Pour the sauce over the cabbage ball. Bake for 375°F/190°C for 45 minutes.
