SIMPLE STRAWBERRY DESSERT

Ingredientes

  • 395 gramas de condensed milk
  • 2 colheres de sopa de cornstarch
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • 500 mililitros de milk
  • 250 mililitros de hot water
  • 24 gramas de strawberry gelatin
  • 250 mililitros de cold water
  • 200 gramas de strawberry

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a bowl, add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Passo 2
Then add the sour cream and milk. Turn on medium heat and stir until thickens.
Passo 3
Transfer to a refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Passo 4
In a bowl, add hot water, strawberry gelatin and mix. Then add cold water and mix again.
Passo 5
Add the sliced strawberries over the cream. Then pour the gelatin over the strawberries.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
