MAYONNESE POTATO WITH BACON

Ingredientes

  • 5 unidades de potatoes
  • 200 gramas de bacon
  • 100 gramas de corn
  • 100 gramas de pea
  • 1 unidade de tomato
  • 1 unidade de carrot
  • Parsley a gosto
  • Chives a gosto
  • 250 gramas de mayonnaise
  • Salt a gosto
  • Black pepper a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a frying pan, add chopped bacon, let it fries and set aside.
Passo 2
In a bowl, add cooked and sliced potatoes, corn, peas, sliced tomatoes and mix. Next, add grated carrots, parsley, chive, fried bacon and mix again.
Passo 3
Now add the mayonnese, salt, black pepper and mix.
