Ingredientes

  • 2 unidades de onions
  • 5 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • 1 colher de sopa de salt
  • 3 unidades de chicken broth tablets
  • Oregano a gosto
  • Saffron a gosto
  • 800 mililitros de water
  • 1 unidade de whole chicken
  • 1 unidade de plastic film
  • 2 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
  • 1 xícara de bacon
  • Beak pepper a gosto
  • Corn flour a gosto
  • Olives a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • Parsley a gosto
  • Chives a gosto
  • Toothpicks a gosto
  • 1 unidade de aluminum foil
  • Potatoes a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In the blender, add 1 chopped onion, garlic, salt, chicken stock, oregano, saffron, water and beat it all very well.
Passo 2
With a knife, make some cuts in the chicken. Then put the chicken in a container, pour in the seasoning we made earlier, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge overnight.
Passo 3
In a frying pan, add butter and let it melts. Next, add chopped bacon and let it fries. Then add 1 chopped onion, chilli pepper and mix.
Passo 4
Then add corn flour, olives and mix. Finish with salt, parsley, chives and mix again.
Passo 5
Now put the crumbs inside the chicken. Then close it with toothpicks.
Passo 6
Place the chicken on a sheet and add the potatoes. Cover with alluminum paper and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Passo 7
Then remove the alluminum and take it again to oven until it golden.
