Ingredientes

  • Olive oil a gosto
  • 1 unidade de onion
  • 2 unidades de garlic cloves
  • 500 gramas de ground beef
  • 1 colher de chá de curry
  • Spicy paprika a gosto
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • Dehydrated parsley a gosto
  • 1 unidade de tomato
  • 1 unidade de green pepper
  • 10 unidades de olives
  • 340 gramas de tomato sauce
  • Chives a gosto
  • Parsley a gosto
  • 400 gramas de curd
  • 3 colheres de sopa de parmesan cheese
  • 200 gramas de sliced ham
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • 4 xícaras de cooked rice
  • Mozzarella a gosto
  • Oregano a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add the oil to taste, the chopped onion, mix and let it simmer until slightly wilt. Then add the garlic and let it brown.
Passo 2
Add the minced meat and cook until all the water is dry. As soon as the water dries, add the curry, hot paprika, black pepper, salt, dried parsley, chopped tomatoes, chopped green peppers and chopped olives. Mix everything very well.
Passo 3
Then add the tomato sauce and let it settle. Add the chives, parsley and mix again. Set aside.
Passo 4
In a container, add the cottage cheese, grated parmesan cheese, ham and mix. Then add the cream and mix. Add cooked rice and mix well.
Passo 5
In an ovenproof dish, add a little rice and spread well. Then add the minced meat and spread. Then add the mozzarella to taste. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Passo 6
Finish with mozzarella and oregano and place in a preheated oven at 356°F until the cheese melts.
