Ingredientes
1 unidade de pineapple
1/2 xícara de sugar
700 mililitros de water
50 gramas de pineapple gelatin
400 gramas de sour cream
200 gramas de condensed milk
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a pan, add 1 chopped pineapple, ½ teacup of sugar and 700ml of water. Mix well and when it boils, close and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Passo 2
Now, add 50g of pineapple gelatin and mix very well and remove from heat. Remember that you can also substitute the pineapple for other fruit and the pineapple gelatin for other flavor of your preference.
Passo 3
When it cool a little, add 400g of milk cream, 495g of condensed milk and mix again.
Passo 4
Transfer to a refractory and refrigerate for 4 hours.
