Ingredientes

  • Olive oil a gosto
  • 1 unidade de onion
  • 3 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • 1 unidade de tomato
  • 500 gramas de chicken breast
  • 1 colher de sopa de mustard
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • Oregano a gosto
  • Chives a gosto
  • Parsley a gosto
  • 200 gramas de corn
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • 1 xícara de cooking water for chicken
  • 1 xícara de water
  • 200 gramas de cream cheese
  • 3 xícaras de cooked rice
  • 100 gramas de mozzarella
  • Straw potato a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add olive oil, grated onion, chopped garlic and let it golden. Next, add chopped tomato and let it cook.
Passo 2
Add the cooked shredded chicken breast and mix well. Then add the mustard, black pepper, salt, oregano and mix again. Add the chives, parsley and add.
Passo 3
In a blender, add the corn, the cream, the cooking water for the chicken and beat very well.
Passo 4
Add cooked and sliced chicken breast and mix well. After that, add water, cream cheese and mix again. Finally, add the cooked rice and incorporate.
Passo 5
Transfer to a refractory, spread it well and add mozzarella to taste.
Passo 6
Take it to preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Finish with the potato straw to taste.
