Ingredientes

  • 3 xícaras de refined sugar
  • 3/4 xícara de water
  • 8 unidades de bananas
  • 3 unidades de eggs
  • 1 xícara de oil
  • 200 mililitros de milk
  • 3 xícaras de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de sopa de baking powder

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add 1 ½ teacup of sugar and let it melts until it turns to a caramel. Next, add water and mix. Transfer the syrup to a sheet and let it cold.
Passo 2
Add the sliced bananas on all the sheet and set aside.
Passo 3
In a bowl, add the egss, 1 ½ teacup of sugar and mix well. Next, add oil, milk, wheat flour and mix well. Add wheat flour little by little. Finally, add baking powder and mix it slightly.
Passo 4
Transfer the dough to the sheet, spread it well and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 40 minutes.
