3/4 xícara de wheat flour
1 colher de chá de baking powder

790 gramas de condensed milk
400 gramas de sour cream
200 mililitros de coconut milk
24 gramas de unflavored gelatin
Grated coconut a gosto
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a bowl, add eggs and beat it until it duplicates it size. Next, add vanilla essence and beat again. Then, add sugar, little by little, and keep stirring. Add wheat flour, baking powder and mix well.
Passo 2
Transfer to a greased and floured sheet and spread it well. Take to preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.

In another bowl, add condensed milk, milk cream, coconut milk, flavorless gelatin (hydrated according to the instructions of the packet) and mix it all very well.
