Ingredientes

  • 790 gramas de condensed milk
  • 5 unidades de eggs
  • 200 mililitros de coconut milk
  • 100 gramas de grated coconut
  • 1 xícara de sugar
  • 1/2 xícara de oil
  • 1/2 xícara de powdered chocolate
  • 210 mililitros de water
  • 1/2 xícara de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de sopa de baking powder
  • 1 colher de sopa de vinegar
  • 180 gramas de semisweet chocolate
  • 200 gramas de sour cream

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a bowl, add condensed milk, 2 eggs, coconut milk, grated coconut and mix very well. Transfer to a greased and floured sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
Passo 2
In another bowl, add 3 eggs and beat very well. Next, add sugar and mix.
Passo 3
Then add oil and mix it again. Add chocolate powder, water, wheat flour and incorporate. Finally, add baking powder and mix slightly.
Passo 4
Pour over the pudding and take to preheated oven at 356°F in a bain-marie for 2 hours.
Passo 5
Melt dark chocolate, add milk cream and mix. Pour over the pudding.
