Ingredientes

  • Olive oil a gosto
  • 1/2 unidade de onion
  • 250 gramas de ground beef
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • 2 colheres de sopa de tomato paste
  • Chives a gosto
  • 500 gramas de cassava
  • 1/2 xícara de cornstarch
  • Salt a gosto
  • 3 colheres de sopa de grated parmesan
  • 1 unidade de egg
  • Breadcrumbs a gosto
  • Oil a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add olive oil, chopped onion and let it golden. Next, add ground beef and let it cook until the water dries.
Passo 2
Once the water dries, add black pepper, salt, tomato extract and mix. Add chieve and mix it again. Set aside.
Passo 3
In a pan, add mancioda already cooked and smashed, cornstarch, salt and with your hands, mix until it becomes a dogh. Then take it to medium heat and mix for 5 minutes. Finally, add the grated parmesan cheese and incorporate.
Passo 4
Take some of the dough, fill with ground beef and shape, closing very well. Repete this process until all the ingredients are over.
Passo 5
To bread, pass the balls in yolk and breadscrumbs. Repete this process with all of the balls.
Passo 6
In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the balls until it goldens.
