Ingredientes
800 mililitros de milk
4 unidades de egg yolks
3 colheres de sopa de cornstarch
3 colheres de sopa de sugar
4 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
3 unidades de egg whites
1 xícara de sugar
1 xícara de cups of wheat flour
200 mililitros de coconut milk
1 colher de sopa de baking powder

Como fazer
Passo 1
In a pan, add 400ml of milk, 2 yolks and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 400ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter. Turn on medium heat and stir until it thickens.
Passo 2
In a bowl, add 3 egg whites and beat it until gets snow point.
Passo 3
In another bowl, add 1 teacup of sugar, 2 yolks, 3 tablespoons of butter and mix it all very well. Now add 2 ½ teacups of sifted wheat flour. For first, add half of the flour. Add 200ml of coconut milk and incorporate. Add remaining wheat flour and mix.

When you reach this point, add the egg whites that we beat earlier and add. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of baking poder and mix again.
Passo 5
In a sheet greased with butter, pour the dough and spread well. Now add the cream we made before. Finish with grated coconut over it and take to preheated oven at 356°F for about 50 minutes.
