MASHED POTATOES WITH MEATBALLS

Ingredientes

  • Water a gosto
  • 5 unidades de potatoes
  • Salt a gosto
  • 300 gramas de ground beef
  • 1 unidade de red onion
  • 3 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • 1 unidade de egg
  • Spicy paprika a gosto
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • 100 gramas de breadcrumbs
  • Green smell a gosto
  • Wheat flour a gosto
  • Oil a gosto
  • 100 mililitros de tomato sauce
  • 2 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
  • 50 mililitros de milk
  • Grated mozzarella a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan with water, add 5 chopped potatoes and salt to taste. Mix and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Passo 2
In a bowl, add 300g of ground beef, 1 chopped purple onion, 3 grated garlic cloves, 1 egg, 1 spicy paprika, black pepper and salt to taste. Add also 100g of breadcrumbs, parsley and chive to taste. With your hands, mix it all very well.
Passo 3
Take a little of the meet and roll up. Then pass them in the wheat flour.
Passo 4
In a pan, add a little of oil and fry the meatballs until it goldens. Then add 100ml of tomato sauce, mix well and set aside.
Passo 5
In a bowl, add the boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons of butter, black pepper to taste, 50ml of milk and smash very well. In a refractory, add the mashed potatoes and spread well.
Passo 6
Over the puree, add the meatballs.Finish with grated mozzarela to taste and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
