Oil a gosto
500 gramas de chicken breast
2 unidades de onions
4 unidades de cloves of garlic
1/4 unidade de green pepper
Black pepper a gosto

2 colheres de sopa de tomato paste
2 colheres de sopa de mayonnaise
2 colheres de sopa de ketchup
1 colher de sopa de mustard
1/2 unidade de lemon
2 colheres de sopa de cheddar cheese
200 gramas de sour cream
1 colher de sopa de butter or margarine
1 quilo de cassava
50 mililitros de milk

Como fazer
Passo 1
In a pan, add a little of oil and 500g of chopped chicken breast. Turn on medium heat and let it cook until it goldens.
Passo 2
Next, add 1 chopped onion, 4 grated garlic cloves, ¼ chopped bell pepper and mix very well. Add black pepper, salt to taste and incorporate.
Passo 3
Now add 2 tablespoons of tomato extract, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of mustard and ½ lemon juice. Mix very well. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese, 200g of milk cream, mix and set aside.

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melts. Add 1 grated onion and mix. Add 1kg of baked and smashed cassava and incorporate. Add 50ml of milk, salt to taste, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Passo 5
In a refractory, add the cassava and spread well. Next, add the chicken and spread again. Finish with grated mozzarela to taste and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
