3 unidades de eggs
1 xícara de sugar
1/2 xícara de oil
2 xícaras de wheat flour
1 xícara de milk
25 gramas de strawberry gelatin
1 colher de sopa de baking powder
400 gramas de sour cream
395 gramas de condensed milk
1/2 xícara de powdered milk
12 gramas de colorless gelatin
150 mililitros de chantilly
1 unidade de plastic bag
1 unidade de plastic film
Powdered milk a gosto
Colored pellets a gosto
Como fazer
Passo 1
In a bowl, add 3 eggs, 1 teacup of sugar, ½ teacup of oil and mix it all very well. Next, add 2 teacups of sifted wheat flour, 1 teacup of milk and mix again. Now add 25g of strawberry gelatin and incorporate. Add 1 tablespoon of baking poder and mix slightly.
Passo 2
Transfer to a greased and floured mold and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Passo 3
In a bowl, add 400g of milk cream, 395g of condensed milk, 1 ½ teacup of milk poder and mix very well. Now add 12g of colorless gelatin, hidrated according to the instructions of the pack. Mix again. Finally, add 150ml of chantilly and incorporate.
Passo 4
Divide the cake in two equal parts and pour the filling over the first one. Take it to freezer for 1 hour.
Passo 5
Add the second part of the cake, cover all the pan with plastic film and take to refrigerator for 4 hours.
