Ingredientes

  • Hot water a gosto
  • 350 gramas de conchiglioni noodles
  • 1 colher de sopa de salt
  • 10 unidades de tomatoes
  • 1 xícara de water
  • Oil a gosto
  • 2 unidades de onions
  • 5 unidades de cloves of garlic
  • Salt a gosto
  • 1 colher de sopa de sugar
  • Basil a gosto
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Grated mozzarella a gosto
  • 500 gramas de ground beef
  • Paprika a gosto
  • Spicy paprika a gosto
  • Bahia spice a gosto
  • 340 gramas de tomato sauce

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan with boiling water, add 350g of pasta, 1 tablespoon of salt, mix it and let it cook for 14 minutes.

In the blender, add 10 very ripe tomatoes, 1 teacup of water and beat it very well.

In a pan, add oil, 1 sliced onion and let it golden. Then add 3 garlic cloves, mix it and add the sauce. Now add salt to taste, mix it and after that add 1 tablespoon of sugar.Mix it again, close the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes in medium heat.

It’s very importante to mix the sauce from time to time to avoid the risk of burning. Finish with basil and black pepper to taste. Mix and set aside.

Place the ground beef on the pasta this way and then take it do a sheet. Now pour all the sauce over the pasta and finish with grated cheese to taste.

Take it to preheated oven 356°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
