Ingredientes

  • 3 unidades de eggs
  • 1 xícara de sugar
  • 3/4 xícara de oil
  • 1/2 xícara de milk
  • 1/4 xícara de powdered milk
  • 1 xícara de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de sopa de baking powder
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • 790 gramas de condensed milk
  • 1 xícara de powdered milk
  • 200 mililitros de lemon juice
  • 200 mililitros de whipped cream
  • 100 gramas de milk chocolate
  • 100 gramas de semisweet chocolate
  • 300 mililitros de milk
  • 100 gramas de condensed milk
  • 1 unidade de plastic bag
  • 1 unidade de plastic film
  • Lemon zest a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add 3 eggs, 1 teacup of sugar and beat it very well. Next, add ¾ teacups of oil, ½ teacup of milk and mix it again.
Passo 2
Then add ¼ teacup of powdered milk, 1 teacup of wheat flour and incorporate it. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of baking poder and mix it again.
Passo 3
Transfer it to a greased and flouerd shape and take it to preheated oven 356°F for about 25 minutes.
Passo 4
In another container, add 200g of milk cream, 790g of condensed milk, 1 teacup of powdered milk and mix it very well. After that, add 200ml of lemon juice and incorporate it.
Passo 5
Add 200ml of chantilly and mix it slightly. Finally, add 100g of grated chocolate, 100g of sliced black chocolate and mix it again.
Passo 6
In a container, add 300ml of milk, 100g of condensed milk and incorporate it.
Passo 7
Divide the cake in two equal parts. Cover the shape with plastic and drizzle the first layer of the cake. Pour the filling and spread it well. Place the another part of the cake and drizzle it with the rest of the syrup.
Passo 8
Wrap all the shape with a plastic film and take it to refrigerator for 4 hours.

I finished with powdered milk and lemon zest. But you can finalize the way you prefer.
