LASAGNA WITH PANCAKE DOUGH

Ingredientes

  • 300 mililitros de milk
  • 1 unidade de egg
  • 300 gramas de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de chá de salt
  • Olive oil a gosto
  • 1 colher de sopa de oil
  • 2 unidades de garlic cloves
  • 1 unidade de onion
  • 1 quilo de ground beef
  • Black pepper a gosto
  • Oregano a gosto
  • Paprika a gosto
  • Bahia spice a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • 1 unidade de tomato
  • 340 gramas de tomato sauce
  • 160 gramas de tomato paste
  • 1 xícara de water
  • Ham sliced a gosto
  • Mozzarella sliced a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add milk, eggs and mix it very well. Next, add wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it again until it’s homogeneous.
Passo 2
Grease a frying pan with olive oil and put a little dough. Once you've frying one side, turn and fry the other side. Repeat this process until the dough is finished.
Passo 3
In a pan, add the oil, grated garlic and mix it. Then add the sliced onion and let it fries until slightly wilts. Next add the minced meat and mix it well.
Passo 4
Now add the black pepper, oregano, páprica, Bahia seasoning and salt to taste. Mix it well, cover it and let it cook until the water dries.
Passo 5
When the water dries, add sliced tomatoes and mix it. Then add the tomato sauce, tomato extract and incorporate it. In the end add water and mix it again until it gets the wished point.
Passo 6
In a bowl, put a little minced meat sauce and spread it well. Next add the pancake dough. After that add the ham and mozzarela to taste. Repete this process until finish the ingredientes. Finish it with mozzarela and oregano to taste.
Passo 7
Take it to preheated oven 356°F for 15 minutes.
