Ingredientes

  • 1/2 unidade de purple cabbage
  • 1 unidade de carrot
  • 300 gramas de piece of ham
  • 200 gramas de green corn
  • 1 unidade de green apple

  • 200 gramas de mayonnaise
  • 1/2 unidade de lemon
  • Leek a gosto
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • Olive oil a gosto
  • Salt a gosto
  • Pepperoni a gosto
  • Shoestring potatoes a gosto
  • Parsley a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add the grated cabbage, 1 grated carrot, 300g of chopped ham, 200g of green corn, 1 chopped green apple, green scent to taste and raisin to taste. Mix everything very well. It is very important to remove all water from the corn.
Passo 2
Now add 200g of mayonnaise, the juice of ½ lemon, leeks to taste, 200g of sour cream, a dash of olive oil, salt to taste and pepperoni to taste. Mix again.
