Ingredientes

  • 1 quilo de sausage
  • 1/2 unidade de onion
  • 1 colher de sopa de oil
  • 100 gramas de grated parmesan cheese
  • 300 gramas de curd
  • 10 unidades de french bread
  • 150 gramas de grated mozzarella
  • Oregano a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a refractory, thresh 1kg of sausage. With your hands, mix it that way. Add ½ chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix everything very well.
Passo 2
In a skillet, add the sausage and let it fry.
Passo 3
Now transfer the sausage into a container. Then add 100g of grated Parmesan cheese, 300g of curd and mix.
Passo 4
Cut 10 loaves this way and then remove the top. Using a spoon, knead the sides and bottom this way. If you prefer, you can knead it with your hands.
Passo 5
Now add some sausage into the bread. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Passo 6
Place the buns in a baking dish, then add 150g of grated mozzarella on top. Finally, add oregano to taste. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
