Ingredientes

  • 560 gramas de green corn
  • 1 litro de milk
  • 4 colheres de sopa de cornstarch
  • 2 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
  • Salt a gosto
  • 1 xícara de sugar
  • 395 gramas de condensed milk
  • 200 gramas de sour cream
  • Cinnamon powder a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a blender, add 2 cans of green corn and 1 liter of milk. Beat everything very well for approximately 3 minutes.
Passo 2
Now add 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 pinch of salt and 1 cup of sugar. Beat again for approximately 1 minute.
Passo 3
Transfer the entire mixture to a pan. Add 395g of condensed milk and 200g of cream. Over medium heat, mix well until thickened.
Passo 4
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Passo 5
Finally, I sprinkled powdered cinnamon on top, but remembering that it's optional.
