Ingredientes

  • 280 gramas de canned corn
  • 350 mililitros de milk
  • 2 unidades de eggs
  • Salt a gosto
  • 100 gramas de grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 colheres de sopa de margarine or butter
  • 3 xícaras de wheat flour
  • 150 gramas de mozzarella pieces
  • 150 gramas de breadcrumbs or panko

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a pan, add 280g of canned corn, 2 egg yolks, 100g of Parmesan cheese, 250ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Turn on over medium heat and mix thoroughly until ingredients are completely dissolved.
Passo 2
Now add salt to taste and add 3 cups of all-purpose flour. Add the flour gradually and mix well. When the dough reaches the ideal point, you can remove it from the heat.
Passo 3
Now cut approximately 150g of mozzarella into cubes. Roll out the dough and place the mozzarella inside. Then close and shape into a ball shape. It is important that the dough is still a little hot, because once it cools, it becomes a little crumbly and difficult to shape.
Passo 4
In a container, add 2 egg whites and 100ml of milk. Using a fork, mix thoroughly. To bread, pass the balls in this mixture and then in breadcrumbs or panko flour.
Passo 5
Now just fry the balls in hot oil until golden.
