Ingredientes

  • 2,50 xícaras de sugar
  • 1,50 xícaras de water
  • 400 gramas de fresh grated coconut
  • 1/4 xícara de condensed milk
  • oil a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a saucepan, add 2 cups and ½ of sugar and 1 cup and ½ of water. Mix well until sugar is completely dissolved. Turn the heat on and do not stir the syrup anymore.
Passo 2
When the syrup reaches the ideal point, add the grated coconut and mix well.
Passo 3
Now add ¼ cup of condensed milk and keep stirring. As soon as the water dries and reaches the ideal point, you can remove the pan from the heat.
Passo 4
With the help of two spoons, add the coconut on a cake greased with oil. Now just let the coconut candy cool at room temperature until it hardens.

But if you prefer, you can refrigerate it for approximately 1 hour.
