Ingredientes

  • 2 colheres de sopa de oil
  • 1/2 unidade de large onion
  • 300 gramas de chicken breast
  • 3 unidades de garlic cloves
  • black pepper a gosto
  • salt a gosto
  • 2 unidades de tomatoes
  • 7 colheres de sopa de tomato sauce
  • Pepperoni a gosto
  • 500 mililitros de water
  • 200 gramas de Penne noodles
  • 30 gramas de butter or margarine
  • 2 colheres de sopa de wheat flour
  • 240 mililitros de milk
  • 140 gramas de mozzarella

Como fazer

Passo 1
To make the sauce, chop 2 diced tomatoes, ½ medium onion, and 1 chicken breast.
Passo 2
In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of oil or olive oil and then add the chopped onion. Now add the chicken breast, 3 cloves of grated garlic, black pepper to taste and salt to taste. Mix well and let the chicken cook.
Passo 3
Add the diced tomatoes and mix, then add 7 tablespoons of the tomato sauce and pepperoni to taste. Cook for about 3 minutes and reserve.
Passo 4
In a pot with boiling water, add salt to taste and add 200g of pasta. Let it cook.
Passo 5
While the noodles are cooking, in another pan, add 30g of butter and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Mix well and once the flour has completely dissolved, add 240ml of milk. Mix well and when the cream thickens, it can be removed from the heat.
Passo 6
In the pan that we reserved previously, we add the cooked noodles and the white sauce. Mix well then transfer to serving plate.
Passo 7
Place the grated cheese on top and place in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
