Ingredientes

  • 1 unidade de egg
  • 50 gramas de sugar
  • 1 colher de café de salt
  • 80 gramas de unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1 colher de chá de vanilla essence
  • 1 xícara de wheat flour
  • 1 colher de sopa de baking powder
  • 80 gramas de chocolate chips

Como fazer

Passo 1
In a container, add 1 egg, 50g sugar, 1 pinch of salt and mix well. Then add 80g of melted unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix again. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and mix. Then add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix lightly.
Passo 2
When the dough builds up consistency, add 80g of chocolate in drops. If you don't have chocolate chips, you can use chocolate chips as well.
Passo 3
Butter a pan. With the help of 2 spoons, place the dough in the mold. You can model with your hands too, if you prefer.
Passo 4
Now, take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes or until it becomes lightly browned.
